Ingredients :

4 tablespoons of oral Epsom salts
1 tablespoon Vitamin C powder
* cup virgin olive oil
1 large fresh grapefruit
2 glass jars with lids
16 oz. apple juice + beet juice

Procedure :

For 5 days preceeding the flush, drink as much organic apple juice
as you can stand.

First day:

1. 9:00 am: Eat a breakfast of cooked porridge, no milk or butter;
8 ounces apple juice + beet juice; baked potato, no
butter
2. 2:00 pm: Mix 4 tablespoons of oral Epsom salts and 1 Tbsp of
Vitamin C powder in 3 cups of cold water in one jar, and
refrigerate
3. 3:00 pm: Have an enema
4. 6:00 pm: Drink * cup of the cold Epsom salts
5. 8:00 pm: Drink * cup Epsom salts
6. 9:45 pm: Pour * cup olive oil into the second jar; squeeze out
* cup grapefruit juice and add to the olive oil. Close
the jar lid and shake hard until watery.
7. 10:00 pm:Drink the potion. Lie down immediately. Lie still on
your back and go to sleep.

Second day:

1. 9:00 am : Drink * cup Epsom salts. Go back to bed.
2. 11:00 am : Drink * cup Epsom salts. Go back to bed.
3. 1:00 pm : Get up and drink 8 ounces apple + beet juice.
4. 2:00 pm : Eat a banana or an orange
5. 6:00 pm : Eat a light supper of salad and fruit; no meat

Many stones will be seen in the toilet upon the first bowel movement
after a liver cleanse. It may take several cleanses over a period of
months to clear all of them out from the liver.

Following a liver cleanse, it is useful to have several coffee enemas

to pull further toxins that are stored in the liver.

To make the coffee enemas use orgainic coffee and distilled water.
Put 7 Tablespoons coffee into 11 cups of distilled
water in a large pot. Bring to a boil and boil 3 min.
Then reduce heat and simmer for 15 min. more.
Let it cool and strain. This is enough for
2 coffee enemas.

Repeat spring and fall.

Almost EVERYONE over age 25 has some stones
in the liver and gallbladder whether
they are detectable on ultrasound or not.
They can be tiny – like grains of sand from
what I have read.

I never had ANY gallbladder symptoms
or attacks nor was I ever officially
diagnosed with gallstones prior to my first flush.
I had just read that almost
everyone over age 25 has gallstones and it is best
to get them OUT. So that was the reason I
did my first flush back in March of ’98.
I DID pass some gelatinous looking things that
were greenish -
none larger than a small pea. I felt lousey – bloated and
not hungry the next day. But after that I felt great
until last November when I did have what I read are some symptoms
of gallstones.

I am not overweight and I am physically active.

Supposedly the epsom salts dilates the
bile ducts and the stones do not get stuck.
I had no pain or any problems during the

The stones I got out were the consistency of
crumbled cheese – you could mash them
and they were greenish – and none was larger than a pea.

to post to all right from her hospital bed! She mentioned that she
enjoyed everyone’s posts. For fun, I took my book of before and after
pictures to her to see. All is going well and Sara Ellen should be
released from the hospital tomorrow.

I heard about this and was about to go looking for my surgeon to operate on me
at that moment. It was definitely a wake up call. I know for sure that I’m
doing the right thing by having this surgery.
